Room with a view

It is well over a year since the house next door to us was sold and our old neighbour moved out.  It then remained empty, while the new owner sought planning permission for an extension (plus some extensive internal re-modelling). Finally building work started around the end of last October - and it is still going on (very slowly).  Some days there is very little (or no) activity.  Just occasionally, there will be several workmen there all at the same time.  Progress in painfully slow, and I reckon there are still several weeks of work to go before it is complete (assuming they get on with it).

In the meantime, the view from our living room includes the portaloo in the front garden.  We are not happy.
