Jefferson's Shoe

With another hot day expected I got up early and headed down to the Mall for a walk amongst the monuments.  Took a walk round the Tidal Basin and headed back up to the house late morning as the temperature rose.  This is a shot of the Jefferson memorial - a larger perspective can be found in the extra photo.
