Heron

After a restless night I got up around 7.30am. After a few hours I went out for breakfast in Stockbridge then wandered round Inverleith Pond to find a Heron, a baby swan, and ducks galore.

It has been difficult today to keep a happy face on, so draining. I want to keep hurting myself so I can have an excuse to be feeling the way I do.
