Jumping for joy?

A fun packed day on the water.  Though beforehand getting people to warm up properly can lead to a range of movements and activities (all safe and above board).  Great to see people thinking about what actions they can use in a warm up.  Always good to have a laugh at yourself being asked to do silly things when wearing neoprene!
