Adam did the 10k in Martock today. He did really well, coming 2nd from his club, but has now got blisters all over his feet! Ouch. E and I went to get some fabric and pottered in Yandles and to the park whilst Adam ran. Another 'quick' DIY job too over the whole afternoon. We should learn.
