Breaking in...
Those who know me probably know that I can't resist a challenge.
The 100 day corporate sponsored get/keep fit scheme issues a challenge, both via it's website, email and the app I've got installed on my phone.
"This Saturday or Sunday, beat your personal best for a new trophy."
Saturday and Sunday's are not my strongest days of the week as I have no commute to commit to. I do however, have a new bike that needs broken in and a habit of waking as early at the weekend as I do during the week. A wee jaunt out before breakfast and another wee jaunt at night dot the T and cross the I, sandwiched with some dog walking and kids swimming.
That ought to do it.
