Totally wired - well actually day 11

I guess this is some electrical setup. Not sure where it comes from, but I can guess where it will be going, although why this hole was punched in the middle of an unrelated bedroom is beyond me, but I am not going to question the choice. It is a hole, therefore it is progress, somehow
