Sports Day

Today was the school sports day - never my favourite, particularly when you factor in stress and muggy heat! But E (the boy I work with) surpassed himself, and that made it worth it. He ran his little heart out, keeping going when he fell behind his friends, and managed to focus and complete all his races with minimal assistance (a real acheivement). He's done so well and come so far this year, and although it has its moments, I've never wished to be in a different job. Well done, boy - you did yourself proud. Looking forward to seeing where the future goes.
