Day Friends

Lovely day today with the sun shining and teh garden full of the starlings that nest in my roof. I put some bread out for them but this also brought out the cats to stalk them (another option for todays blip).
There was a little sadness as one of the young birds dashing around and learning how great his wings are also learnt how hard a big transparent thing called a window is. Unfortunately no matter how much I tried to revive him it was a fatal lesson. He hit it with quite a thunk. :-(
