This time last year we were there. Not so this year, he's going to need a lot of recovery time... It's going to be a long two weeks.

Claire's 26th birthday today, they left at 9am to do the rounds. Seeing friends and relatives before Alex gets his birds delivered and he's limited to what time he gets off. Next weekend is a family wedding which will mark his last trip home for the foreseeable...
