Recovery Vehicle
An early start this morning took us to Ardnoe Point near Crinan, where we had a fantastic dive. There was a short wall dropping onto sand and shell, which tapered off into a slope of boulders and cobbles. The water was a bit snotty in the top 5-6m but clear beneath and there was plenty of life to keep us occupied, 45 minutes went by in a flash. I was delighted to see an octopus on this dive, although it was pretty wary, and kept a close eye on me - ready to shoot off at the least sign of trouble.
This is at the end of our dive, my buddy Cyclops & I were completing our safety stop. We could clearly see the dive rhib floating above, waiting to recover us.
Later we had lunch in a beautiful wee bay at the north end of Jura, before a second dive in fabulous conditons
