This isn't icecream

No, it's naengmyeon a cold iced noodle dish that Koreans dig especially when it's warm. Buckwheat noodles, cucumber and boiled egg with what I am told is apparently a pickled Asian pear with some sesame seeds added and a bit of mustard and vinegar for added flavor. I'm on this "leaving Korea must eat their food while possible" kick and believe it or not, I just yesterday got hooked in tuna kimbab.
