Paint the city! This is Circular Quay, Sydney, with the Overseas Passenger Terminal and restaurants in front, and city offices in the background, coloured by the Vivid Festival artists. You can also just make out the light rays on the left of the Passenger Terminal, which are beamed over to the Opera House.
