Handel

Hotly pursued by a seven foot tall Alexander, Handel is the first of the cottage roses to be in full bloom this year. Hoping that the foliage will be better this year than in the recent past. Finally surrendered and fed all the roses this year. No doubting the difference it's made.

Also sprinkled slug pellets for the first time and seem still to have the things I've planted! That will be a first; usually lose a fortune as the little blighters munch their way through new plants.
