Zentangle

Practising Zentangle today to use on a sample for the cardmaking class on Thursday.  In this card I stamped an outline of the word cake then used the zentangle technique (filling a space with patterns) to complete the word. A very relaxing activity.  I understand that you can now buy books of zentangle patterns to colour in, under the heading Art Therapy, either way very calming.
