3 strikes and out

Got home after the weekend away to find that Hermes had tried three times to deliver a parcel and were now returning it to the sender.
Much consternation as the parcel was from Germany and Hermes need the sender to chase it up.
Eventually sorted (we think) and it should be here tomorrow.
Fingers crossed.
