Interesting trip home

Started with a tail back at the Balloch roundabout as the powers that be had decided it was time to mow the verges along the Loch Lomond road. Which is where the extra photo was taken.
Having got past that hold up we were then astonished to watch the idiot in front of us decide to pull out and overtake a van.... just as a police car with flashing blue lights sailed past us - jamming on the brakes with a cloud of burning rubber. 
Funnily enough the next layby saw the camper van and police car pulling in and the police was fair "leaping" out of their car. I rather think someone was about to get a telling off.
Then we had our own incident of a puncture - going up The Rest where we had no mobile signal. Fortunately our wonderful Police Force came to the rescue and provided a more unusual blip :-)
