Its been a long road, getting fromThere to here

So we rose in the morning early, at 6.30.  I woke up - at 6 and couldn't slip back over. I felt filthy; although we had decided beforehand that we would sleep and then run, I felt that as I had woken so early I'd make time.

When I got back - Tooli had also decided to jump the shower too.

We reached the Ferry terminal in record time - concerned slightly about the signs reading "delay"....

But it was all good; automatic entry to the port and we were moved forward a train, by an hour Yay!   The Ferry port was closed due to the discovery of an unexploded bomb; and there was a slight delay to the Eurotunnel because the previous night someone was seen moving into the Tunnel....

The journey was really fast - i spent the whole time looking at my phone; I was waiting and waiting to see the time change.  I have never see an automatic time update, and I was determined to see it.

By the time we reached half way between Dover and the M25 It still hadn't changed and I was starting to go skelly eyed; so I gave up.  Guess what. It changed straight after I put it down.

I loved this shot I took of the map - showing that we were in the middle of nowhere... It pretty much kept up all the way across the Tunnel.

I'm a Euro Tunnel Convert!
