Wild flowers

Went to the dentist today. She tried to fill a huge filling by two different strategies but then after 40 mins gave me a temporary filling (looks like chewing gum!) and I have to go back. Eek.

Jumped on the bike to destress and it was a lovely still night along the east lothian coast. The wild flowers were beautiful, the air was humid and warm and it was peaceful, ie no drill sounds!
