Heidi Pie!

Today, I went out to lunch with my Mum who has been staying with me for a few days. I was delighted to see Heidi Pie on the menu...my dog is called Heidi...which consisted of goats cheese, sweet potato, spinach, garlic in a lovely pastry case! It was as delicious as it sounds!

I didn't have my camera to hand (tut, tut I hear you cry) so I took this of one of the fields as I came home...it is so positive, freshly prepared for the new growth in the spring. And although it was very cold, the sun was shining in a blue sky, so I was happy!
