Behind the gate

I think I'm the one on the wrong side of the gate here... The kids spent the whole 26 minutes watching their lightly dusted haddock fillets cooking, ha!
Felt very very unwell through the night and all day, not sure why, possibly the massage, too much food and too much steaming/sauna-ing! Apparently it's quite normal to have flu like symptoms after...
Anyway, a day of horizontal parenting as much as I could.
