Tiny hands

This is a moonflower that will open tonight or tomorrow..they just bloom for one day in the evening and then are droopy and dying by 9 the next morning.  I have 5 plants this years as I collect the seeds every year.

I love the little tendrils that look like tiny hands holding each other keeping the flower closed  until SOMEONE gives the word to "let go" as the flower starts to open.   I hope I don't miss the open as this is the first one of the summer!
