The Calm Before The Storm

A two hour session about to kick-off in which two people present their business challenge to the others for opinions and recommendations. I facilitate and add my own views. Always interesting as you never know what is going to come up and especially great as no preparation is needed! Also, giving views directly is a refreshing change to the my normal coaching mode!
