Blue Star

Borage, also known as starflower, is one of my favorite plants. I love that soft shade of blue and the plant's fuzziness, with the bonus of being able to use the cucumber-flavored leaves and pretty flowers in salads.

I have just one borage plant this year, but am already thinking about adding several more to both the front and back gardens in 2016.
