Ducks

are on the beaches. People are not. It's cold. and getting colder as we get near the Midnight summer festival weekend. We were supposed to visit our friends cottage, but it looks like it's going to rain every f***ing day, so if the weather is not getting better we will take a rain check. 

It seems that I have caught a summer flue. This is my vacation week, so what would be better than have the flue this week? We have a saying in Finland. "Responsible worker is sick on vacation." That's me!
