Yep, that was the admonishment that T gave K yesterday when he nicked one of his cheddars...ah hearing your own words out of the mouth of your toddler. But looking at this picture, I think T and I are right.

Lost a lb and a half at slimming world last night, I'm lighter than I've ever knowingly been as an adult. I'm pretty chuffed.
