Room for Improvement

I've been tidying up the garage a bit, and thought I needed to brave this.

2013 I think.  Redcurrant or Worcesterberry, or maybe both, with a bit of blackcurrant.  Possibly that batch where I added a bit of Worcesterberry wine to top up the redcurrant.  Who knows?

It really is quite tasty - not too dry, not too sweet, nice and fruity, a nice bit of fizz as a result of a little bit of secondary fermentation: like champagne more or less. The cramps are minor and fairly short-lived and the hallucinations not too scary.

There is room for improvement, though.  The recipe is good, but un-repeatable given the record-keeping extremely poor.  So is the labelling, hygiene and presentation.
