Abutilon Megapotamicum
Elizabeth and I went to visit a street of open gardens in Worthing. The plants must have been two weeks ahead of mine - the benefits of a seaside climate and a lots of garden walls. The gardens were lovely - all different but we felt sorry for anyone who lived there who wasn't interested in gardening or wasn't very good at it. This abutilon was growing against a wall that had been painted blue - the sky wasn't that blue at all! The blue made a change from the usual white and did lift the spirits.
