Aine wasn't in the country to pick up her first major literary award today, so her mother went along and gave as good an impression of a peahen as you can get (from a pride point of view, rather than looks, obviously). I'm hoping it's the start of a career that will result in her keeping her parents in the style to which they'd like to be accustomed
