Talking Point...

The office was a-buzz this afternoon.  Everyone was talking of the same subject and everywhere you looked, you could see the same thing on everyone's computer.  They've gone and done it eventually.  They've relaxed the business dress code.  

We are now told we can decide how best to dress for our day at work.  If, like us, we are in a back office support area we can wear casual dress every day of the week.  Some people obviously got wind of it and were in their civvies before the bytes had dried on the intranet posting.

I personally not overly bothered about it.  It means that my suit jayket that I got just before I joined the company outlasted (only just) the dress code and I now have to concoct a new routine to deal with civvie clothes.
