I recently sold a few items on ebay. I've discovered that ebay is actually a new circle of hell, somewhere between the eighth and ninth circles. In a nutshell: they managed to mess up the paypal payments for both items, and have promptly lost an item that was sent by their global shipping program. Awesome.
