EC time!

My son Ben texted me last night to ask when the first batch of EC would be ready. Yes, it's time to make Elderflower Cordial and I have been boiling up sugary water and lemons this morning to steep the flowers in.
The kids love it and usually take bottles back up to London when they pop home.
I love these family traditions that mark the seasons in the year.
Anyone else make it too?
