This poster was a gift from my lovely friend Beate. It shows all the postures from the Primary & Intermediate series of Ashtanga yoga.
She got it from 'kpjayi' in Mysore and I recently had it framed. I'm thrilled it.
Maybe one day I will get the opportunity to visit Mysore.
