Costa Tropical, Spain

Just taken on iPad from house of home exchange at 10.40 spanish time. We are .....feet above sea level - will check later on the sat nav - with blue sky and sunshine. We both feel dozy and lazy and have yet to venture down into the village of La Herradura. The heat is a shock to the system and stupidly we didn't eat yesterday until 3.00, and in hindsight didnt drink enough. A beautiful area but today is for relaxing, eating and drinking. Water I suspect, much to my brother in laws disgust.
