Summer Storm, Freshwater, Isle of White

For nearly 24 hours the Island has been battered by Gale to Storm force winds causing much disruption at sea with cancelled ferries and even a cruise liner trapped in Southampton.
I spent the day at Freshwater in West White and now have 200 images to sort out and an evening cleaning salt spray off the camera and myself.

The wind is now dropping and the forecast is better for tomorrow. If all goes to plan I'll have an slightly unusual Blip for Saturday.
