Time to pay the Piper!!

Walked past this on my way to work this morning at 7.15, then again on my way home at 2.30. There were twice as many.
I guess where there's plenty of beer, there's plenty of loos.
They were there for the crowds watching the Olympic Torch going through Glasgow.
