The keys.

Another mini escape today to Pilates which was cancelled yesterday but I'm now looking forward to a BIG escape.

The keys have arrived for the 'wee hoose' in the NW Highlands where we will shortly be making our 6th annual pilgrimage. As it is such a long way we do usually stop off somewhere either on the way or on the way back.

This year we will be calling to see son Alex en route in Moray but we are coming back by crossing the sea to the Hebrides, so I have been catching up on my reading.

We have been to Lewis before but only for one night and without the car. This time we hope to see a bit more of the largest island of the Outer Hebrides as we will have the car and then return via a couple of nights on Skye in the Inner Hebrides which we had to cancel last year because of the funeral of our elderly neighbour.

All I've got to do is get this marking finished and hope the weather will be kind to us!
