Peony

My favourite peonies which grow in a garden near the church are now in bloom. I had one of them set as the screen saver on my mobile phone for a few years! And the peonies in our garden are blooming for the first time since we removed them from a pot a couple of years ago. They are pale pink, so nearly as good as these...

Dad got an appointment to see a stoma nurse today and it was at the local hospital, so much easier for him. He was pleased with the result - has been given new bags to try and an extra method of holding them in place. His carer can now cut them to the correct size as they're not pre-cut like the others he has (which are now the wrong size).
