Blurgh

Another day of feeling rubbish and somewhat second hand. Had to use my asthma inhaler for the first time in months today and more than once. 
I've been using this cup a lot to imbibe fake lemsips from the local supermarket. 
Literally saving my life. 
The difference between these and the genuine Lemsips?  They taste nicer. 
Dave disgraced himself today by eating part of Mick the Landlord's favourite pair of Crocs. He's never chewed shoes before either. 
New shoes ordered to replace them.....
