Day 879 - Rays

Phoned the hospital today about my knee and got a really snippy physiotherapist who scolded me for calling the wrong number and said she couldn't help me...  until I told her I had been put through to her!

She then told me I have probably been overdoing it and to rest, apply ice and take painkillers - which I have been doing since Saturday anyway!!!  Phone back in 2 or 3 days if it's not much better, she said.

I'm not convinced because I haven't been overdoing it - I have been really careful!!!

Oh well, back to no walking for a few days...............  :(
