underdale road bbq tour 2015

we are blessed to know a few lovely people who live along the river severn on underdale road. this summer we are working our way around them for bbqs. tonight was the ellis household who live on the river opposite a small river island. the bridge you can see separates one lucky homeowner from their very own island. how cool.

great food, great company. and my seventh night of no cooking. oh yeah!

today we started our transition work with year 6s which was really fun. and then at lunchtime we went in to film some year 7s at a local secondary school so that we can share some of their experiences with the year 6 students. i've never met such a polite, well mannered and lovely bunch of kids ever, and the answers they gave to our questions were quality. amazing.
