It's official...

I've mastered sourdough and I'm employed!

Can't post a cooked version yet as it's still in the oven. An oven which is far too small for this size loaf... Eeeek! This was only 3 hour into a 8-12 hour rise... Told you I was good ;) feels good to have mastered it!
