Cones and Cranes

Early meeting in the central city, so a quick phone snap outside the City Council building. I aimed to capture the modernised building contrasting with another demolition. This is the remnants of the police station, partially demolished by implosion. Cones and cranes - that's Christchurch as we know it!
After a pleasant enough morning the weather has quickly deteriorated during the day. Now freezing cold, dark and wet, though I doubt if we will get the snow that's falling further south. Good for the skiers and should look beautiful when the sun comes back out.
