Strange

.... Soggy towel in the laundry hamper at bath time tonight!

She was very excited after school- her and her friend won the giant sparkly marble for completing the maths challenge. This is apparently a big deal. She said it meant they got to also put 10 marbles in the class jar, which normally come in ones or sometimes twos.

We skipped swimming tonight. She woke at 3 and was very unsettled. School drop off went badly and we needed home time. She ate a big tea then sat herself down with her workbook and did a page about verbs! She tends to go to this book when school isn't challenging her. We then curled up to watch some more of Cats. I thought she would nod off but should have known better! A splashy bath, reading mama some poetry then a cuddle and she soon dropped to sleep!
