I have been trying to grow lemons in this climate for about 20 years. This (Meyer) lemon is one of 8 on our tree. The tree has moved about 6 times. It needs sunlight but not heavy frosts. We now have it in a half wine barrel and move it around on wheels. It gets a protective cover each night. What a lot of work for 8 lemons, I hope they taste Ok.

It only had a couple of leaves and so I started feeding it each week with leftover African Violet fertilizer. Seems to have recovered.
