Lower Slaughter

A fabulous walk in the Cotswolds from Lower to Upper Slaughter, where we enjoyed a picnic in the Church graveyard. Then travelled on to have a peek at Burford, particularly the plaque commemorating the Levellers, who wanted equality for all. They were executed and buried in Burford church yard on the orders of Oliver Cromwell.
