Turquoise

Stunning turquoise colours and how often do we miss this as they daintily fly past. Very summery!

Carnivorous - as they eat copious mounts of aphids and insects! Oh yes bring them on!! Really good for the garden.

Up and about early trying to get hare shots...worryingly I've come back with a macro. How does that work?! However yes, there were hares but far too far away.  There's a challenge.

It also is a friendly happy colour...there you go you have to like him!
