Frame and wait.

In a conversation with Mark about photography while visiting him in Leigh-On-Sea, he said he often has an image in mind. He then waits with his camera until the image creates itself. He referred to Henri Cartier-Bresson as a photographer he emulates. Today at Salmon Springs Park in view of the Hawthorne Bridge I tried that out. I wanted a bicyclist in view. So I waited and sure enough this fellow rode past and I snapped the photo. Thanks Mark for the inspiration.
