Up, up and away

In work today, but I managed to get away early. All the family (10 in all) are coming on Saturday so I thought I would get ahead of myself and pre-prepare the mea,l so that for once I wouldn't be running around in a panic on the morning of their arrival.  However, the roulade I made burnt.  I spent ages trying to scrape off the burnt bits but then gave it up as a bad job.  Too tired to try again. 

 It is the most beautiful evening.  We were sitting in the tv room with the doors to the garden open whenI spotted the balloon flying over.  It was a lovely sight against the evening sky. The poor cows were terrified though.
