Another cold day today, summer is on a break I think 

I unexpectedly got my hedge cut in the lane today.  Some guys from Carlisle were doing some work in a neighbour's garden and I asked for their card and they said they could do it when they'd finished.  Its made the lane a bit wider which the neighbours will no doubt be pleased about.

Walked Misty at Bowness tonight and bumped into my friend with the two boxers who I walk a couple of times a week and who has wild orchids in her garden which I blipped yesterday.  Anyhow it was interesting to see Misty interact with them, hackles raised, teeth barred, not like her at all.  She just is not keen on  big dogs.  She settled down after a while but there was an altercation with her and the boy over a treat!   Also my friend was saying that a lot of dogs don't like Boxers.
